Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed during sales or holidays may take longer to process due to high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  •  Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all addresses within Malaysia. Additional charges may apply for remote or rural areas.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on destination and will be shown at checkout.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at forbelovedone.my@gmail.com with your order number. We will assist in tracking down the package.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Order Changes

We are unable to make changes to shipping addresses or order items after an order has been processed. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
