Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of skincare products and for health and hygiene reasons, we have a limited refund and return policy, as outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- You can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used or opened products
- Products purchased on sale or during promotions (unless damaged/defective)
- Skin reactions or allergies (please refer to ingredients before purchase)
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be:
- Issued to your original payment method
- Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product:
- Contact us at forbelovedone.my@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue
- We will either issue a full refund, send a replacement, or provide store credit, depending on your preference and stock availability
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as we aim to ship quickly. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
